  • Entree: Thai sesame meatballs with organic quinoa and sauteed organic vegetables

  • Entree: Mediterranean chicken with Naan bread, organic cucumbers and tzatziki sauce

Thursday's Menu

  • Entree: Angus Hanger Steak with red wine demi glace and sauteed organic greens

  • Snack: Vegetable crudite


Friday's Menu

  • Breakfast: Fresh fruit salad, organic yogurt and granola

  • Entree: Roast chicken thighs with organic mash potatoes and organic green beans

  • Entree: Kale and lettuce taco salad with charred organic corn and cilantro yogurt dressing

  • Snack: Organic watermelon and mint salad
